DELIVERY AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Online orders will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
Most orders are sent via the Australia Post or TNT Road Express depending on delivery address. At times we may send orders via local courier if order address is within Gippsland, Victoria area.
Goods in stock are generally picked and despatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday (if in stock). If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card for it to be collected at your nearest post office.
You will receive a delivery notification email from one of our customer service representatives.

Special Order items are products which we don't carry as part of our core range, but can be ordered from the supplier for you. If your order contains a Special Order item or we are out of stock of an item, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to advise the expected delivery time. Delivery times will depend on supplier availability but can take up to 5 - 10 days in addition to estimated delivery times. Also note that returning a Special Order item may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
For times when you need your goods faster, we recommend you contact our customer service team 1800 99 12 34 to place your order and to arrange courier service. Alternatively, you can use our Click&Collect option available online.
RETURNS
Please call SWF Group Customer Service on 1800 99 12 34 to discuss the fault and to confirm the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty. If approved, SWF Group will arrange to pick up the faulty goods. Depending on the nature of the fault, SWF Group will arrange a repair, exchange or refund. Proof of purchase will be required.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
